Rehabilitation Services
Millard Health is a one-stop rehabilitation and disability management facility. Our six service areas are: Assessment Services, Medical Services, Prevention and Work Site Services, Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Services, Complex Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Services, and Vocational and Training Services.
