treatment that is not available at Millard Health.
- Able to file a complaint, or appeal a decision made concerning your
program, and receive a written or verbal response - knowing your care
will not be affected.
- Aware that your information is kept private and shared only as appropriate
with organization that referred you to Millard Health (WCB, lawyer,
insurer), your employer, and your family physician.
